ArovaArova connector for Claude, ChatGPT or any other AI Assistant

Arova runs independent villas, guesthouses, chalets and holiday apartments, mostly in Romania. Its connector (an MCP server) lets an AI assistant find the properties whose owners chose to be listed, check live free dates and prices, and book for the guest. The guest books directly with the owner, with no booking-platform commission, and pays by card on a secure Stripe page.
Server

- Authentication: none. The connector only returns public information, and nobody signs in.
Add it
- Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector, and paste the URL above (or turn on Arova in the connector directory once it's listed there).
- ChatGPT: turn on the Arova app once it's listed, or in developer mode add a connector with
https://reception.arova.ro/mcp/chatgpt. In ChatGPT every tool butbook_stayis offered: the guest finishes every booking on the property's own booking page (OpenAI's plugin rules). - Any other AI assistant or MCP client: add a remote (HTTP) server with the URL above. No key is needed.
- Your own platform: a travel site, an agency's tools or your own AI agent can use the same URL. Add
?client=<your-name>(letters, digits and hyphens) so the owners see which platform each booking came from.

Booking and payment
- The assistant books only after showing the guest the total, the cancellation terms and the property's terms and conditions, and getting their confirmation.
book_stayneeds the guest's name, email, phone and address, the same as the booking page. A company (for an invoice), a voucher code and a message for the host are optional.- The dates are held for 30 minutes. The guest pays by card on Stripe's page, which the assistant only links to. The assistant never sees or handles card details, and nothing is charged without the guest paying themselves.
- Paid: the booking is confirmed and the guest gets the property's welcome message. Not paid in time: the dates open again by themselves.
- Limits against fake holds: at most 4 unpaid bookings made through assistants waiting at one property, and 3 per guest email or phone a day.

Data and privacy
- The read-only tools return only what each property's own website and booking page already show publicly: never other guests, bookings, messages or internal data.
ask_hostreceives only the guest's question, their email (where the answer goes) and, optionally, their name and dates; it lands in that property's Arova inbox as an email conversation.- The guest details given to
book_stayare stored as that property's booking request (proforma, hold and an email conversation in its Arova inbox). As for any booking, the property is the data controller and Arova processes the data for it. See the privacy policy. - No login and no cookies. IP addresses appear only in the server's standard access logs and the rate limiter.
- A property is listed only after its owner turns on "Show in AI assistants and the Arova directory (Enable MCP Server)" in Arova. Owners can turn it off at any time, and the property disappears from the connector at once.
For property owners
Run your property with Arova and turn on Property → Self Booking → Website → Show in AI assistants and the Arova directory (Enable MCP Server). Your property then appears in this connector and on arova.ro, and bookings go through your own booking page. More about Arova.

Arova administrează vile, pensiuni, cabane și apartamente de vacanță independente, mai ales în România. Conectorul său (un server MCP) îi permite unui asistent AI să găsească proprietățile ai căror proprietari au ales să fie listați, să verifice în timp real datele libere și prețurile și să facă rezervarea pentru oaspete. Oaspetele rezervă direct la proprietar, fără comisionul platformelor de rezervări, și plătește cu cardul pe o pagină securizată Stripe.

- Autentificare: niciuna. Conectorul întoarce doar informații publice și nimeni nu se autentifică.
Cum îl adăugați
- Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector și lipiți adresa de mai sus (sau activați Arova din catalogul de conectori, după ce apare acolo).
- ChatGPT: activați aplicația Arova după ce apare în catalog sau, în modul dezvoltator, adăugați un conector cu
https://reception.arova.ro/mcp/chatgpt. În ChatGPT sunt disponibile toate instrumentele în afară debook_stay: oaspetele finalizează fiecare rezervare pe pagina de rezervări a proprietății (regulile OpenAI pentru pluginuri). - Orice alt asistent AI sau client MCP: adăugați un server la distanță (HTTP) cu adresa de mai sus. Nu e nevoie de nicio cheie.
- Propria dumneavoastră platformă: un site de turism, instrumentele unei agenții sau propriul agent AI pot folosi aceeași adresă. Adăugați
?client=<numele-dumneavoastră>(litere, cifre și cratime), ca proprietarii să vadă de pe ce platformă a venit fiecare rezervare.

Rezervare și plată
- Asistentul face rezervarea doar după ce îi arată oaspetelui totalul, condițiile de anulare și termenii și condițiile proprietății și primește confirmarea lui.
book_stayare nevoie de numele, emailul, telefonul și adresa oaspetelui, la fel ca pagina de rezervări. Firma (pentru factură), un cod de voucher și un mesaj pentru gazdă sunt opționale.- Datele sunt blocate 30 de minute. Oaspetele plătește cu cardul pe pagina Stripe, către care asistentul doar trimite linkul. Asistentul nu vede și nu folosește niciodată datele cardului și nu se încasează nimic fără ca oaspetele să plătească el însuși.
- Plătit: rezervarea e confirmată și oaspetele primește mesajul de bun venit al proprietății. Neplătit la timp: datele se eliberează singure.
- Limite împotriva rezervărilor false: cel mult 4 rezervări neplătite făcute prin asistenți la o proprietate în același timp și 3 pe zi pentru același email sau telefon al oaspetelui.

Date și confidențialitate
- Instrumentele de consultare întorc doar ce arată deja public site-ul și pagina de rezervări ale fiecărei proprietăți: niciodată alți oaspeți, rezervări, mesaje sau date interne.
ask_hostprimește doar întrebarea oaspetelui, emailul lui (unde vine răspunsul) și, opțional, numele și datele; ajunge în inboxul Arova al proprietății ca o conversație pe email.- Datele oaspetelui trimise prin
book_stayse păstrează ca cerere de rezervare a acelei proprietăți (proformă, rezervare în așteptare și o conversație pe email în inboxul ei din Arova). Ca la orice rezervare, proprietatea este operatorul datelor, iar Arova le prelucrează în numele ei. Vedeți politica de confidențialitate. - Fără autentificare și fără cookie-uri. Adresele IP apar doar în jurnalele obișnuite de acces ale serverului și în limitatorul de cereri.
- O proprietate e listată doar după ce proprietarul ei bifează în Arova „Afișează în asistenții AI și în catalogul Arova (Activează serverul MCP)". Proprietarii o pot dezactiva oricând, iar proprietatea dispare imediat din conector.
Pentru proprietari
Administrați-vă proprietatea cu Arova și bifați Proprietate → Self Booking → Website → Afișează în asistenții AI și în catalogul Arova (Activează serverul MCP).
